Biography

Born in Shenzhen, China, Justin moved to Vancouver, Canada, when he was twelve. Justin graduated with a BA in Human Geography at Simon Fraser University in 2019. He earned a Translation/Interpretation Diploma in Mandarin Chinese from Simon Fraser University in 2020. He is also a BC-certified teacher and completed his Bachelor of Education (BEd) at the University of British Columbia in 2023.

Justin is fluent in Mandarin and English. He is also fluent in conversational Cantonese, which he has been learning for the past three years and continues to learn.

In his spare time, he loves socializing, playing sports, and learning new languages such as Cantonese. He wants to share his passion for learning and teaching languages/Chinese culture to students of different ages and backgrounds, and he hopes to teach Cantonese in the future.
